Core & Glute Routine I

Enjoy this 23 minute, challenging pilates-style workout targeting the core and glutes. In this class we'll use a block and an optional stretchy band. We focus on waking up the glutes, classic pilates moves, deep core engagement, and side-lying glute strengtheners. We'll wind down with a nice stretch for the glutes. Remember, you can do all of the side-lying poses without a stretchy band if you don't happen to have one handy.
