Free for subscribers to the monthly membership - This is a 45 minute class where we use small weights (I recommend 1-3 lbs per hand) and dynamic movements to put demand on our muscles. We start by warming up the glutes and core, establishing connection to our postural muscles, and then add bigger movements to create more activation in the core and beyond.
